OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 February 2009 was announced, that Blagoveschenskaya CHPP was visited by the Governor of Amurskaya oblast Oleg Kozhemyako and the Mayor of Blagoveschensk Aleksander Migulya. The thermal station was introduced in the route of working inspection not by chance, today this station is providing over 70 % of the heat and hot water supply of the oblast center city.

Excursion around Blagoveschenskaya CHPP for the Governor and the Mayor was conducted by Director of the branch “Amurskaya Generating Company” Sergey Rudenko. He told about the history of the station, lead around the basic shops of the energy company. The guests of Blagoveschenskaya CHPP examined the place, which prepared for installation of the turbine #4 and boiler unit #5, constituting the train two of the station. In the course of excursion the Director of the branch “Amurskaya Generating Company” noted that today Blagoveschenskaya CHPP is working on the capacity limit mode. Such regime of operation is, first of all, could influence on the reliability of heat supply of Blagoveschensk.

The Governor of Amurskaya oblast and the Director of the branch “Amurskaya Generating Company” have discussed the issues of accelerating of construction and imminence of the term of putting into operation the train two of Blagoveschenskaya CHPP. Oleg Kozhemyako has taken under his control the solution of the issue of construction the train two of Blagoveschenskaya CHPP at the federal level.

In the nearest future the energy company will also put forward to the Government of Amurskaya oblast the proposals for heat pipeline construction from Raichikhinsckaya TPP to settlement Novobureisky. This project is beneficial both either for energy company, or oblast authorities. The tie in the new customers to Raichikhinskaya TPP will allow the station to increase the production of heat power, and municipal authorities will decrease the expenses for preparation for heating period and obtain the guarantee of non-stop heat supply of Novobureisky settlement citizens in the autumn-winter period.
