OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 February was announced, that Technopromexport participates in the international exhibition "POWER-GEN Middle East 2009" that takes place in Manama, Bahrain from 17th to 19th of February 2009.

Within the bounds of the exhibition the Technopromexport’s specialists will present the company’s leading Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) products and the latest renewable energy project Helioairbaric Thermal Electric Station (HTES) based on the "Artificial Tornado" technology. Also the TPE’s specialists will meet leading industry professionals and managers in order to discuss business opportunities to provide the region with electricity according to the increase in demand in the Gulf region.

The premier exhibition and conference for the power and water industries of the Middle East will be hosted by the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. POWER-GEN Middle East has received the official Patronage from H.H. Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Around 100 companies, from over 30 countries will exhibit at  POWER-GEN Middle East besides Technopromexport. Among them "Siemens AG Energy Sector" (Germany), "GE Energy" (USA), "Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction" (S.Korea), "Ansaldo Energia" (Italy) and etc.

Technopromexport, established in 1955, builds power facilities, including hydraulic, thermal, geothermal, diesel power plants, power transmission lines and sub-plants in 50 countries. The overall capacity of facilities commissioned with the company's assistance is over 85 GW. Technopromexport has an experience in renewable energy projects realization. The Mutnovsky Geothermal Power Plant constructed on the basis of the Earth thermal heat, was put into operation in 2002.
