OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 February 2009 was announced, that City Hall suggested equipping all of big shopping complexes of Moscow with game rooms and special storages for buggies. These services are planned to be free of charge. Now they cost parents at least 100 roubles (~\\\\$3) per hour in most of Moscow’s stores.

The city officials are also to have the malls with the area of more than 5,000 square metres provided with children’s hair salons, laundries and cafes. Besides, Moscow will possibly use the experience of Japan where children in play areas are looked after by nurse robots.
