OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 February 2009 was announced, that in 2009 “NAK “Azot” will supply to the Tula Region 60 thousand tons of chemization means.

The Executive Office of OJSC NAK "Azot" / OJSC MCC “EuroChem”/ Alexandr Savenkov and the Vice Governor of the Tula Region Alexandr Tkachenko signed the agreement on provision of the agricultural industrial complex of the Pula Region with chemization means (mineral fertilizers, chemical means of protection of plants and seeds) for execution of a complex of seasonal agricultural works. The administration of the Tula Region and the subsidiary of MCC “EuroChem” in Novomoskovsk joined efforts in order to support agricultural producers and facilitate development of agricultural branch of the region.

In 2009 NAK “Azot” will supply to the Tula Region 60 thousand tons of chemization means including 7 thousand - in February already. Volumes of supplies may be varied in accordance with changes in the market situation. Coordination of supplies of chemization means and comprehensive agrochemical servicing of agricultural producers of the Tula Region (from execution of soil analyses to planning of the set crop yield) is conducted by the agricultural center of EuroChem in Novomoskovsk.

At the request of the administration of the Tula Region NAK “Azot” provides information about volumes, nomenclature and prices for chemization means to be sold.

In addition, NAK “Azot” obliges to apply market principles of pricing at organization of supplies of means of chemization to agricultural producers of the Tula Region and not to exceed prices set by effective agreements of the Russian Association of Producers of Fertilizers and the Agricultural Industrial Union of Russia.

The administration of the Tula Region, in its turn, will notify NAK “Azot” on needs of agricultural producers for means of chemization, inform agricultural organizations on terms of delivery of means of chemization of MCC “EuroChem” and to attract the company for participation in meetings and collegiums executed by the administration and agencies of the agricultural and industrial complex of the region as regard to matters associated with provision of agricultural producers with means of chemization. The regional administration obliges to engage NAK “Azot” to implementation of national projects in the agricultural area in the territory of the Tula Region taking into account possibilities of the enterprise, to notify the same on all the exhibition activities planned by the administration as well as to consider projects for development of the agricultural and industrial complex of the region proposed by the enterprise.
