OREANDA-NEWS  On 06 March was announced, that Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko informed the State Tax Administration and the State Customs Service had fulfilled assignments to the general fund of the State Budget. The Head of Government announced on opening a Govt’s sitting.

“Undoubtedly, it is hard to live in the crisis time, taxes are paid much worse than in a period of economic prosperity but tax workers, customs officers come out of this complicated situation with dignity and fill the budget as it has been planned,” the PM explained.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted in February the State Customs Service ensured earnings of the general fund of the State Budget at 103% while the State Tax Administration – at 102.9%. The Prime Minister emphasized over January-February of 2009 assessments to general and special funds of the State Budget had been fulfilled at 103%.

Furthermore, Yulia Tymoshenko has drawn attention to overfulfilment of assignments to the Pension Fund by 12.9%. According to her, “these resources secure payment of pensions without any delays or other problems at the full”.

Yulia Tymoshenko added the Government will further remain “an island of stability as it has always been”.
