OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 March 2009 was announced, that PAVA, one of major Russian grain processors, sent samples of new flour Zhitnitsa to its partners in Iran. They will evaluate qualities of the product successfully manufactured by PAVA’s structural units – Rebrikha, Mikhailovsky and Achinsk mills.

The flour introduced by the Altay grain processor on Russian and overseas markets has unparalleled advantages over traditional sorts. First of all, it’s the attractive price for manufacturers and wholesalers (20% lower than the cost of high grades). Secondly, Zhitnitsa is a perfect raw material for bakers as the output of the end product is almost twice as high as with traditional flour. Another remarkable feature is that bread made of Zhitnitsa does not go stale during a long time, retaining excellent flavour.

A significant fact for the Iranian companies might be that qualities of this new grade have been highly rated by customers from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan who use Zhitnitsa in baking national bread.

Unique properties of this flour should be considered in all its applications. It contains a great amount of indispensable elements and vitamins which enables manufacturers to enlarge product assortment with an emphasis on healthy nutrition.
