OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2009 was announced, that IDGC of Centre, JSC has summed up the results of its work with the personnel in 2008 and defined the main tasks for 2009.

The year 2008 was full of important events. This is connected with the development of the Uniform Operating Company and transfer to it of 25 thousand of power engineers from eleven regions of the central Russia.

In 2008, under the programme of establishment of the Uniform Operating Company, IDGC of Centre, JSC started to use a uniform system of payment and motivation of labour. The company is developping a project of personnel management automation system directed at development of corporative reporting, assessment of professional and corporate competences and studies and reserve personnel management.

Last year the average salary in IDGC of Centre, JSC increased by 17.3%, as compared to 2007, and equalled 17,682 roubles. The company completed preparation of the Uniform Joint Agreement of IDGC of Centre, JSC for 2009 – 2011. The document shall provide execution of social benefits and guarantees that support stability and development of the personnel of the operating company. Estimate of the joint agreement for 2009, as compared to the actual costs under the joint agreement of the last year, grew by 13.2%.

The new joint agreement that was adopted in July 2008, like the first one, contains all benefits and compensations reflected in the industrial tariff agreement. Besides, around thirty new positions were added to the benefits of the first version of the joint agreement. In particular, the company adopted a regulation on the younger generation policy and worked out a project on setting up of a Young People’s Council. The students who are doing their preservice studies at the enterprise and will in future become its employees will receive compensation of dwelling rent under the adopted housing policy. The company is also going to help a lot the power energy veterans.

Under the project on development of social partnership the company is continuing joint work with the representatives of primary trade organisations of IDGC of Centre, JSC targeted at strengthening and improvement of interaction between the employer and the employee. Las year the company spent over 13.7m roubles on external social and beneficial aid.

Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management and Organisational Development, IDGC of Centre, JSC, Dmitry Alyoshin noted, “One of the main issues of the company is people, both our employees and our consumers. In the existing market situation we managed to preserve work places, provide social guarantees to our employees in all regions of our footprint, continue execution of social programmes and rendering of beneficial aid, having proved that we are responsible employers.

The personnel policy of IDGC of Centre, JSC in 2009 will strengthen developped positions in relations with the personnel. We will pay a great attention to improvement of the level of skills and knowledge of the employees. In 2009 the company plans to spend over 65m roubles on training of its staff. In 2009 social payments to each employee will increase two times, as compared to 2007.

“Today we are not going to launch new large-scale projects but want to consolidate our achievements of 2008 made in the period of setting up of the Uniform Operating Company, execute our planned programmes and prepare for further development in future”, said Dmitry Alyoshin.
