OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 March 2009 was announced, that the travelling board of IDGC of Centre, JSC started working in Kostroma. General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC, managers of the company, directors of the branches and representatives of executive bodies of the entities of the Central Part of the Russian Federation took part in its work.

On the first day of the board work its participants studied the report of Eugene Makarov on the main results of the company’s activity in 2008 and discussed perspectives of development of the distribution grid system in 2009.

Governor of the Kostroma Region Igor Slyunyayev touched a number of issues that power workers and authorities will have to improve together: power balance and tax revenues, transfer to double-rate tariffs, integration of networks and participation in social programmes.

The board participants discussed a wide spectre of issues on relations with power sale companies and  calculations of power sale companies with IDGC of Centre, JSC for rendered services in transmission of electric energy. The managers of IDGC of Centre, JSC informed the participants on the results of the 2009 tariff campaign, preparation for the 2010 tariff campaign and results of the repair activity of IDGC of Centre, JSC in 2008. Besides, the participants analysed execution of the investment programme of the uniform operational company and assessed the state of the electric networks of other possessors.

Nataliya Podkopayeva, Director of the Department of Fuel and Energy Complex, and Alexander Glebov, Deputy General Director – Director of Kostromaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, told about peculiarities of work of the Kostroma Region grid system under the conditions of unstable development of the economy.

On 13 March the travelling board participants will hear the reports of the branch directors on the activity of the company’s regional branches in 2008 and discuss topmost objectives of the company’s work in the first half of 2009, including anti-crisis measures in the grid system.
