OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent commissioned to pay the first coupon interest on Series 34001 bonds issued by the administration of Novorossiisk, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 13% per annum, or 32 rubles 41 kopecks per bond. The total coupon interest paid reached 9,723,000 rubles.

Novorossiisk’s administration floated its first Series 34001 bonds on December 12, 2008, to raise 300 million rubles. The bonds have a maturity of three years, and the issue was managed by Sviaz-Bank.
