OREANDA-NEWS. On March 16, 2009  Kazkommertsbank (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes to the prospectus of issue of shares of the bank and the certificate on state registration of issue of securities dated March 10, 2009 substituting the one granted earlier, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes in the prospectus of issue of shares of the bank;
 
- the certificate was substituted due to increase of authorized shares of the bank;

- the total of authorized shares of the bank made up 1,275,000,000 units, including 1,100,000,000 common shares KZ1C00400016 and 175,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P00400112;

- the issue of shares was registered with the State register of serial securities under number A0040;

- as on January 24, 2007 575,000,000 common shares and 125,000,000 preferred shares of the bank were offered, its authorized capital was formed in the amount of KZT159,896,131,000.
