OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2009. American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic is pleased to inform you that the Public Foundation "DCCA", under the informational support of AmCham, invites you to participate in a unique training: ANTI CRISIS BUSINESS GAME "Medicine for Fear", reported the press-centre of AmCham.

For the first time in Kyrgyzstan, it will be run by famous Russian PR specialist, trainer and author of popular business games for top management Eugene Machnev (St. Petersburg).

"Medicines for Fear" - specialist-authorship work, based on years of experience of major Russian companies such as RUSAL, MTS, "MegaFon", Sberbank, will be particularly relevant for managers, managers of marketing and sales of industrial, commercial and service companies, especially those who have branch or affiliate networks.

Diversified business command and role-play helps to better respond to the challenges of the global crisis and in particular allows:

to take strong and innovative management solutions in times of instability and severe market competition

to review the development strategy of the business project, department or organization

to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of specific strategies for crisis response.

Members (top management) are divided into several teams and over the course of 8 hours constantly receive information from the developers of the game and its affiliates. The team must overcome a simulated crisis situation, both inside and outside the company, and seek to take the maximum possible market share.
