OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2009 was announced, that in 2009 average number of visitors to a Kvadrat-Perova shopping centre grew by 12%, to a Kvadrat - Lukyanivka shopping centre - 6%.

The company considers that this attendance increase  is a respond to a coherent policy. In particular, since the beginning of the year there are low rotation of tenants and stable occupancy at 90% in the Kvadrat-Perova shopping centre.

The main factor that influenced on attendance  increase became a successful update of the marketing communications strategy, which began in 2009.

"XXI Century" aims at creating popular shopping centres among the visitors and tenants. Increasing attendance is the result of active work in this direction. Until the end of the year in the plans of the company - a series of thematic exhibitions, actions, launch the "Kvadrat" magazine.
