OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 March 2009 was announced, that SITRONICS Information Technologies, one of the leading suppliers of solutions, products and services in the field of information technologies in Eastern Europe and CIS countries, completed project for creation of new IT infrastructure for the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) in 39 outlets in Ukraine.

"Within the project scope specialists of SITRONICS Information Technologies conjointly with the bank employees created software/hardware platform of IT infrastructure using virtualization tools for branch network. This solution provided high availability of applications, flexible scalability and capability to centrally manage the whole virtual infrastructure of the branches. Corporate bank network in outlets and branches of Central and Western Ukraine has been also modernized", stated Mykhailo Skoromokhov, deputy head of IT department of FUIB.

"Our customers esteem IT tools allowing to optimize expenses and reduce capital investment. Case in point of such solutions can be virtualization used in the project of the First Ukrainian International Bank. On the one hand it increases efficiency of resources utilization, and on the other hand it allows to simplify process for implementation of new applications, another advantage is easing of management of branch infrastructure", - pointed out Serhii Tarasenko, technical director of SITRONICS Information Technologies in Ukraine.

The works were held in Kyiv, Lviv, Ternopol, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi. In the course of project the solution was implemented both at objects under construction and in modernized outlets and branches. In the project we used equipment of the world leading manufacturers such as IBM, Reichle & De-Massari.
