OREANDA-NEWS. April 2, 2009. Sergey K. Krikalev, Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of Russia (Golden Star Decoration), has been appointed the Chief of the Gagarin Cosmonaut R&D and Training Center state entity, effective from March 30, by the Order of Roscosmos Head (Order № 97к of March 27, 2009).

Sergey Krikalev was relieved of his position of the 1st-class test cosmonaut - instructor at Korolev RSC-Energia on March 27, by the Order of Roscosmos Head.
