In his report Sergei Rusanov, CIO at TransKreditBank, spoke of the experience and ways to manage the IT project portfolio in time of crisis.

The CIOs of the leading banks and Diasoft area managers shared their experience. INTERPROMBANK was marked as the model bank in terms of quality and level of automation achieved owing to the fact that the majority of complicated and tricky Diasoft module implementation works have been performed by the Bank’s IT Department. Besides, INTERPROMBANK sharply criticized the company’s production and analytical centres, but that criticism was well received by Diasoft management, which promised to rectify the situation as soon as practicable and improve the product’s quality.

In addition to the conference, the Diasoft CIO Users Group visiting session afforded its participants a unique opportunity to expand and consolidate – through business talks - the ties and contacts between CIOs and COOs of Russia’s leading banks, CIOs of the leading solution providers, as well as top consulting company managers (FBK, Ernst & Young and others).

Several meetings with Diasoft area managers have been planned to discuss the joint implementation of projects attractive and competitive for INTERPROMBANK (reporting, tax accounting, etc.), along with consultations from the part of the Bank and provision to the company of a detailed error and troubleshooting log in respect of the current product version.
