OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 April 2009 was announced, that a fourth of 63 hectares of the neighbourhood under construction within Ryazansky township of Moscow is to be intended for a recreation zone for the locals.

“More than 15 hectares of neighbourhood 115A located at the junction of Okskaya Street and Volzhsky Boulevard in Ryazansky township will be used for recreation and walks of the city dwellers. Playgrounds, sports grounds, slides, summerhouses and paths for walks will be developed here,” Vladimir Zotov, prefect of Moscow’s southeastern administrative district, said.

According to the official, when the development is over, the area of the homes to be built in the neigbourhood will be 587,500 square metres.

Mr Zotov noted that a carriageway of Okskaya Street had been considerably widened within the neighbourhood development.

Besides, a clinic for adults and another for children are under construction in the neighbourhood, a kindergarten and a school are expected to be commissioned, a recreation centre and a mixed-use shopping centre are to be erected as well.

“Neighbourhood 115A will be built up becoming a prospective part of Ryazansky township featuring a developed infrastructure and the up-to-date social objects. It will enable to raise a number of the township population by more than 15,000 people,” Mr Zotov added.
