OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 April 2009 was announced, that Mozayka mixed-use centre featuring a 1,500-capacity multiplex and parking for 2,500 vehicles is to be developed in Yuzhnoportovyy township of Moscow.

“The centre will be raised on the 6.3-hectare site on 3 7th Kozhukhovskaya Street,” Vladimir Zotov, prefect of Moscow’s southeastern administrative district, specified.

According to the official, the total area of development will be 134,000 square metres.

Besides, the construction plan provides for building the catering facilities designed to accommodate 1,500 people simultaneously.

“As there are not enough green spaces within the area of the mixed-use centre, it was decided to plant additional trees and shrubs in the natural complex located between the structure being designed and 7th Kozhukhovskaya Street. The improvement and landscape gardening of the complex will include the planting of trees and shrubs, the arrangement of foot walks, the placement of benches and refuse bins,” Mr Zotov said.
