OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2009. Another HR-Club sitting, hosted by Energy Consulting & BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT (BAE) and aimed at HR appraisal issues, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

The round-table discussion brought together HR managers and HR experts from different companies and financial institutions including ‘INTERLEASING’, the bank ‘Saint-Petersburg’, the employment agency of the FINEC and some others.

HR managers negotiated the appraisal procedures for personnel employed in different industries, the issues related to elaboration of a competency model and the issues of HR recruitment in terms of new economic environment. The participants shared their experience and framed recommendations on taking efficient appraisal procedures with respect to employees.

Special attention was given to arrangements of grading process and to elaboration of a competency model. According to unanimous notice of the attendees, the well-done competency model is a foundation for unified standards of planning, selection, assessment, training and development of employees.

The HR-Club of Energy Consulting & BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT was found in November 2008 for further increase of cooperation between HR specialists, and for making a place where they could share their experience and knowledge, to discuss urgent matters in field of the HR work.
