OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2009. ATFBank (Almaty), shares and bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:

In accordance with the General agreement concluded in the beginning of this year between ATFBank and fund Damu, the Bank is co-financing the Damu program in 50:50 ratios.

Within the frames of the third tranche Kazakhstan businessmen will receive KZT20 bn. with 12.5 % effective rate, of which KZT10 bn. ATFBank refinanced at its own expense.

- By April 1, ATFBank planned to disburse KZT8 bn. (KZT4 bn. on DAMU line and KZT4 bn. on line of the Bank), according to a schedule, - says Managing director Shukhrat Sadyrov. - However, a part of clients, (about 23 companies for the amount of about KZT2 bn.), refused refinancing, mentioning a potential examination by a law enforcement agencies working group. Through rejection of clients the bank as on April 1, disbursed (with banking loan agreements signed) funds for the amount of KZT6,322,418,422. However, by April 7, ATFBank disbursed all KZT8,250,240,265.

In such a manner, from April 1 through April 7 ATFBank took all measures to disburse all required amount for March. Further funds will be disbursed according to the approved schedule.

Businessmen, willing to receive a loan in ATFBank within the state program, must have stable business active within 12 months and liquid pledge.
