OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2009. For the fourth year in row March was announced to be the month of excellent service in our country. After estimating clients’ opinions, winners of the international campaign “Praise excellent service!” held throughout the Baltics were announced. Ukio bankas is among the companies having received the biggest amount of compliments, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

The campaign “Praise excellent service!” is aimed at making the public pay attention to the quality of customer service in the Baltic States. Clients were offered the chance of praising specialists by filling in questionnaires, making a phone call or sending an SMS. After calculating all received compliments, 10 institutions offering the best service to their clients were selected.

“It is always pleasing to become the campaign winner but this recognition is especially gratifying for the Bank. This award means the clients’ recognition of the Bank’s successful achievement of its goal, i. e. to earn good opinion from the clients. Since the very establishment Ukio bankas has created and maintained good relations with its clients and advanced the quality of client service,” Rasa Cesoniene, director of Ukio bankas Client Service Quality Department, said.

Within the month-long campaign of excellent service around 100 thousand responses were received from clients of Lithuanian companies and agencies.

This year, 46 enterprises, agencies and organisations participated in the campaign “Praise excellent service!”. The 2008 March campaign attracted 53 participants and received 90 thousand responses.
