OREANDA-NEWS. On April 11, 2009 Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank Yuri V. Trushin and President of the Chechen Republic Ramzan A. Kadyrov signed Cooperation Agreement on Implementation of the Federal Program on Agribusiness Development 2008-2012, reported the press-centre of Russian Agricultural Bank.

The Cooperation Agreement is aimed at promoting sustainable development of the rural areas of the Chechen Republic and ensuring favorable conditions for the regional agribusiness and the rural population.

In the framework of the Cooperation Agreement the Parties will join their efforts to ensure long-term investment loans to the agribusiness of the Chechen Republic backed by state subsidies.
The Cooperation Agreement will further expand credit availability for the development of the region’s agribusiness and will contribute to the land mortgage system development and social support of the rural population.

Russian Agricultural Bank will continue additional offices opening in the Chechen Republic and will enhance development of payment cards system in the region.
