OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 April 2009 was announced, that Chemical Innovations industrial park is to be erected on 1-3 Dushinskaya Street in southeastern Moscow.

According to the prefecture of Moscow’s southeastern administrative district, 100 per cent of its property will be possessed by the Russian capital.

This decision was made within the implementation of the program aimed at developing the infrastructure of innovation activity in Moscow. It is planned to allocate the 1.8-hectare site for building the industrial park.

The total area of the object will be 18,300 square metres, including a 14,600-square-metre administrative building and laboratory as well as a 750-square-metre warehouse. The industrial park will also contain a 3,000-square-metre car park.

The exact time frame for construction of Chemical Innovations hasn’t been specified yet.
