OREANDA-NEWS. April 21, 2009. ZAO Raiffeisenbank offers a new service called Raiffeisen Teleinfo, which allows bank clients to automatically and quickly receive up-to-the-minute information on available card balance, recent transactions, credit card debt, and currency exchange rates and to activate SMS-alert service with the high level of confidentiality afforded by telephone service, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisenbank.

Raiffeisenbank has ensured the security of information in this system by requiring that clients enter a unique PIN code and the last four digits of the client’s bank card.

Raiffeisen Teleinfo services can be accessed through a land line or a mobile phone, as long as the phone used has touch-tone dialling, which is essential for navigation of the system's voice menu.

Clients may reach the Raiffeisen Teleinfo service by calling the 24-hour cardholder support service number and then following the system's voice instructions, choosing the necessary services by pressing the corresponding numbers on their telephone.
