OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2009. ROSNO’s Stavropol branch has concluded a property insurance contract with YugRos Grain Company Ltd. for 247,245,994 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insurance coverage applies to 57 buildings of the grain elevator located in the village Kursavka, Andropovsky district, Stavropol Kraj. The buildings’ structural elements have been insured against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, storm and hail, other natural disasters, flood, earthquake, soil subsidence, mudslide, landslide, damage by water from water supply, heating, sewage and similar systems; burglary, robbery, brigandage, and deliberate third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property.

The insurance period is 1 year.

The Kursavka grain elevator renders grain storage and warehousing services to agricultural enterprises of the south of Russia. The elevator area accommodates 2 mill facilities with aggregate output of 210 tons per day, a warehouse for two thousand tons of flour and one thousand tons of bran, and a warehouse for raw materials. The storage capacity of the Kursavka grain elevator is 100 thousand tons.
