OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2009. In April, 2009 BTA Bank completed the first stage of connecting additional offices and branches to the electronic documentation circulation system DocsVision, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.

The new approach to documentation circulation makes it easier for employees to realize deals, accelerates the system of interaction with counterparties, makes work of the clerical office fully automated, increases efficiency of quality management, decreases time spending for agreeing on documents and lets create electronic archive of documents.

Within the realization of the first stage of DocsVision implementation BTA Bank improved the way incoming correspondence is processed: timely incoming correspondence processing was secured resulting in major time saving for posting documents to remote offices and branches of the Bank. The system was installed and implemented on work places of employees of all additional offices in Moscow and 11 branches of the Bank.

At the moment BTA Bank is getting ready to optimize the outcoming correspondence system: a pilot project has been initiated at two branches of the Bank - in the Cities of Omsk and Novosibirsk.

“We are happy about our cooperation with the DocsVision company and the results of implementation of the new system. The Bank plans to fully automate work of the clerical office and registration of traffic of original documents on the basis of the DocsVision system, which is to let automate the key business processes” – Igor Koval, Executive Director at BTA Bank, says.
