OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2009. According to the draft regulations of the administrative board of NBM, the authorized person of the account’s holder will be able to leave his signature in the map of signatures and seals in the presence of the responsible person without the bank notarization.

At the same time, NBM offers to preserve the possibility of submitting the card, certified by the notary. Thus, the account’s holder can choose one of two options: to present the map certified by the notary or to send the authorized person to the bank.

According to NBM, this would allow the account’s holders to optimize costs connected with opening of accounts as well as will facilitate identification of those that sign in the map. In order to standardize the requirements for submission of the documents, NBM offers opportunity to submit copies of the certain documents, accompanied by their originals for verification. At the same time, NBM’s offer is not supported by the Association of Banks of Moldova, which considers that it can lead to errors and losses.
