OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2009. AS Eesti Telekom decided to call back Bjorn Lindegren and Jorgen Latte from the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevotted Aktsiaselts, a 100% subsidiary of AS Eesti Telekom, and appointed two new members, reported the press-centre of Eesti Telekom.

Juha-Pekka Weckstrom and Freenasp Mobedijna were appointed as new members of the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevotted Akstsiaselts. Leho Tamm and Valdo Kalm will continue as the members of the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevotted Aktsiaselts.

The change will take effect on 20 May 2009, i.e. the day of holding annual general meeting of shareholders of AS Eesti Telekom.

Juha-Pekka Weckstrom is currently head of TeliaSonera Broadband Services in Finland. He has held various positions in TeliaSonera and its predecessors Sonera and Telecom Finland since 1994. Juha-Pekka Weckstrom holds a M.Sc. degree from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Freenasp Mobedjina is currently head of TeliaSonera Broadband Services in Denmark. He joined TeliaSonera in 2004 as Manager of Strategy Projects, TeliaSonera Sweden. Before joining TeliaSonera, Freenasp worked as a project manager for The Boston Consulting Group in their Stockholm and Dallas offices. Freenasp Mobedjina holds a M.Sc. degree from the Linkoping Institute of Technology.

Juha-Pekka Weckstrom and Freenasp Mobedjina do not own any AS Eesti Telekom shares.
