On 20 May 2009 was announced, that the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom adopted a decision to appoint Ivan Vitalevich Dadykin as the General Director of Sibirtelecom.  By decision of the Board of Directors the powers of Alexander Isaev, who held the position of general director of the company from April 2007, were prematurely terminated.

Ivan Dadykin was born on July 15, 1960 in the village of Chistoozernoe in the Novosibirsk region.  In 1982 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of Electromechanical Engineering Automatic Telecommunications Equipment.   In 1996 he graduated from the Academy of the National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a major in Economics and Corporate Management.  In May 2006 he was appointed to the position of first general director of Sibirtelecom.  He has been employed at the company for 22 years. His career promotion saw him work his way from head of a district telephone exchange to upper class manager; in January 2003 he was named deputy general director and commercial director of Sibirtelecom. From November 2004 until May 2006 he held the position of general director of RTKomm-Sibir, then returned to Sibirtelecom as first deputy general director.  He has vast managerial experience and profound knowledge of the company’s business processes. In his position as first deputy general director he was in charge of work in the commercial and technical units, and the project management division.

He was honoured to receive the award “Master of Telecommunications”.
