OREANDA-NEWS. May 22, 2009. The management of MMC Norilsk Nickel, striving to arrange more efficient and controllable cargo traffic in transporting  the Company’s production (including the products of its overseas operations), where a number of means of transport is involved, decided to establish a division for commodity transport & logistics, reported the Official website Norilsk Nickel. 

The division will be headed by Deputy General Director of MMC Norilsk Nickel Sergey Buzov, who assumed this office on May 18, 2009.

Brief bio:
BUZOV Sergei Ivanovich was born on 13th July, 1962

In 1984 he graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, in 1992 finished extramural education in the Institute of Soviet Commerce, in 2001 graduated from  Pomorskiy State University named after M.V. Lomonosov

1986-1987 - apprentice operator of underground machinery at Anzherskaya mine of 
Kuzbassugol (Kemerovo Area)

1987-1990 - senior power engineer, Chief Engineer of Anzherougol

1990-1992 - director, Chief Accountant-Deputy General Director of Vostok Trade Union Association  of the general machine engineering industry

1992-1994 - deputy Director of  Voyage Firm LLC

1994-2001 - director of CJSC Express Lines

2001-2002 - Engineer of the commercial service at the department of aviation operation
planning in the Naryan-Mar United Air Group ( Nenets Autonomous District)

2005-2008 - deputy General Director for legal issues, Express Line Travel LLC

2008 - deputy General Director for legal issues, Sovtransexport LLC

2008-2009 - acting deputy General Director for commercial operations in the  Federal State
Unitary Enterprise Perm Airlines
