OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2009. Dobrush Chinaware Plant signed an agreement on cooperation with Daskeramikinstitit private institute of Germany. In line with the document, German specialists will consult, on continuing basis, Dobrush chinaware producers in a wide range of issues: from improving technologies to advancing products to the European markets.

The German institute will monitor the process of chinaware burning. The next step will be the participation of the German specialists in a large project on technical upgrading of the plant. The project will start in H2 2009.

During the Soviet Union times, the chinaware plant received such assistance from the specialized institutions of Leningrad and Kiev. “Unfortunately, they do not exist any more,” the chief engineer said.

Alexander Martynov praised high experience and the quality of work of the German specialists. “I am confident our cooperation has big prospects,” he said.

Dobrush Chinaware Plant was founded in December 1978 and reincorporated into a closed company in 1996. The company makes part to the Bellegprom concern on a contract basis. Today the company is the country’s largest producer of chinaware. The company has a certified quality management system MS ISO 9000 (STB ISO 9001-2001). Nearly 48% of the products are exported.
