OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 May 2009 was announced, that an innovation centre of some 30,000 square metres is to be raised on Ozerkovskaya Quay in Moscow.

“An act permitted to use the site on 22/24 Ozerkovskaya Quay for building an innovation centre has been approved,” a source from City Hall said.

According to the official, the area of the site allocated for development is 0.396 hectares.

“The total area of the object to be built will be 30,670 square metres, including the 24,405-square-metre superstructure and the 6,265-square-metre substructure. Besides, it is designed to create parking for 150 vehicles,” the source specified.
