OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 June 2009 was announced, that the first shops under the Tobi trade mark, which operate beyond OKKO filling complexes, were launched in L'viv, at 191 Lychakivska str., and 9 Kulisha str. The concept of the shops was developed by Concern Galnaftogaz and initially was positioned as a network of branded shops "on the way home" at OKKO filling complexes. However, management of the holding decided to integrate separate networks of Concern Khlibprom (the network of Khlibna Khata and Ekolan shops) and Concern Galnaftogaz (the network of shops at OKKO filling complexes) under the unique Tobi brand, which will be operated by Concern Galnaftogaz. Gradually these networks will be brought in line with Tobi standards.

"We are positioning Tobi as a “neighborhood” store, which offers the wide range of everyday goods to the visitors, – the director of PE TOBI-GNG Anatoliy Khomyak says. It is not a supermarket, where people come from time to time for large purchases, but "a convenient store", where one can always find fresh bread, milk, and various products, and it is not less important that this shop will be located in a few steps from our Customer’s home".

Over 1000 various goods (food stuffs) are for sale in the Tobi shops, including the complete line of bread and bakery products of Concern Khlibprom.

For the nearest future the Company plans a gradual rebranding of over 100 shops operating under Khlibna Khata and Ekolan brands in L'viv region, as well as construction of such shops at newly built and reconstructed OKKO filling complexes all over Ukraine. As of today, 9 shops are operating under the Tobi brand, 7 of them – within OKKO filling stations network.
