OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 June 2009 was announced, that now, anyone can discuss banking services, get an advice, consultation, offer new products or just complain of inappropriate servicing by means of the bank’s forum, opened on PrivatBank's website in Internet.

Communication on the forum is free and does not require any registering. The Forum is not a new way to turn to the bank: there is a number of formal channels to ask the bank an official question or to send a complaint.

The bank is sure that a place for informal communication will help clients and bankers to find common language: anyone can easily and quickly get answer to any question, express his opinion, request or just consult with experienced specialists.

In the end, this will help to create new products and services even more convenient for clients. Customers-authors of the most interesting offers will be encouraged by the bank.

 “Looking for necessary practical information and advice about loans, payment cards, accounts and transactions often takes a lot of time. The existent “independent” banking forums are sometimes politicized and could provide biased information. That is why we decided to create community of all who use PrivatBank's services and invite them to communicate actively via the forum”- says Aleksandr Dubilet, the Chairman of PrivatBank’s Board.
