OREANDA-NEWS. June 12, 2009. Vega Telecommunications Group ceased operation of four legal entities: Vilcom (Kharkov), Optima Telecom Crimea (Sevastopol), Farlep (Odessa) and Matritsa (Odessa) through their accession to the managing company Farlep Invest, reported the press-centre of SCM.

"This procedure will be carried out as a part of the planned restructuring", explained Dmitriy Kukhnyuk, Chief Legal Officer of Vega Group. "This year we have planned to reorganize 12 legal entities. As a result, by the end of 2009 Vega Telecommunication Group will include 13 businesses. Reducing the number of legal entities in the Group almost by half will help us simplify internal business processes, cut administration costs and improve efficiency of our business".

Employees of Vilkom, Optima Telecom Crimea, Farlep and Matritsa have been hired by the managing company Farlep-Invest, a full successor of the reorganized companies.
