OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 June 2009 was announced, that Oleg Kuzmin, Director for Corporate Affairs at Interpipe recently made a presentation at the conference session “Management of Reputational Risks”, which took place in the framework of the X International Advertising Festival in Kyiv. The topic of his speech, which was titled, “Natural Selection or the Road of Changes”, was the role of PR in change management.

In the speech, Oleg Kuzmin examined the main points arising during the change process, the resistance one could expect from change management as well as a step by step guide for the implementation of changes.

Oleg Kuzmin said: “Change management is a real present-day challenge in a rapidly changing world. PR is an effective instrument for presenting the significance of change to different target audiences and, most importantly, the necessity for change.”
