OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 June 2009 was announced, that Belarusian Trading House Belgospischeprom on July 2, 2009 will invite bids to select a managing organization for the country’s largest brewery Krinitsa aimed at financial sanation, increasing efficiency and optimizing production and sales strategy.

Belgospischeprom invites corporate bidders, both foreign and residents of Belarus, which have experience in management and financial rehabilitation (preferably in the brewing business).

The manager will have to improve the production and financial indicators of the Belarusian brewery in 2009-2012, including an increase in beer output to 15.72 million decaliters in 2009, 20.59 million decaliters in 2010, 23 million decaliters in 2011, 24 million decaliters in 2012.

Exports are projected at 1 million decaliters, 2.5 million decaliters in 2010 and 3 million decaliters in 2011 and 3.5 million decaliters in 2012.

Profitability of sold products is to reach 20% in 2009, 30% in 2010 and 2011 and 32% in 2012.

Bids are accepted until July 1, 2009, 18:00.

OAO Krinitsa produced 4.458 million decaliters of beer in January-April 2009, up 8.4% from the January-April level.

Sales totaled 3.937 million decaliters of beer in January-April, down 0.1% year-on-year. In Minsk, Krinitsa sold 1.083 decaliters of beer, down 27.8%.

Krinitsa was founded in January 2001. OAO Polotsk Beer and Nesvizh soft drinks plant have been incorporated by OAO Krinitsa and operate as subsidiaries.

Krinitsa accounted for 43% of Belarus’ overall beer production in January-April 2009, up 5.7 percentage points.
