OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 June 2009 was announced, that Vladimir Kiryuhkin had been appointed Government Relations Director of En+ Group. In his new position Mr. Kiryuhkin will be responsible for providing interaction between En+ Group and the federal and regional authorities within the framework of the implementation of the company's business strategy. Mr. Kiryuhkin is to keep his position as CEO of En+ Development.

Maxim Bystrov, who had been GR Director of En+ Group since August 2008, had been appointed Deputy Director of the Industry and Infrastructure Department of the Government of the Russian Federation. In his new position Maxim Bystrov will be supervising the development of electric power, oil and gas industries.

Biography of Vladimir Kiryukhin:

Birth date: 11 November 1956. Graduate of A. Popov Higher Naval Radio-Electronics School (1979); PhD (Automated Information Systems).

Mr. Kiryukhin held different positions at commercial banks; he was Director of the External Relations Department, First Deputy CEO and CEO of EuroSibEnergo (manages power assets of En+ Group) in the period 2001-2008. CEO of En+ Development since May 2008.

Mr. Kiryukhin is a member of the Supervisory Board of NP Market Council; Adviser to the RF Federal Tariff Service; Adviser to the Council of the Federation Commission on Natural Monopolies; Assistant to Member of the Council of the Federation.

Mr. Kiryukhin is also a member of the Board of Directors of OAO IrkutskEnergo and OAO Krasnoyarsk HPP.
