OREANDA-NEWS. June 26, 2009. Swedbank clients are now able to obtain a complete overview of their leasing and instalment contracts in the internet bank. By clicking on ‘My obligations’ you will see all of your loan, leasing and instalment contracts, as well as surety contracts, reported the press-centre of Swedbank.

The contracts are grouped by product area and are easy to distinguish by blocks. In the case of leasing and instalment contracts you can also view invoices unpaid as at the previous day and can immediately pay them. Pre-completed payment forms will help you keep your obligations under control and stop you falling into debt. A direct debit function will soon be added enabling you to enter into direct debit agreements directly from your leasing and instalment contracts and providing you with an overview of the direct debit contracts you have already entered into.

If you click on a leasing or instalment contract number (active contracts) you will be redirected to a detailed view of the contract. Here you are given an overview of the contract’s unpaid invoices, assets connected to the contract and the terms and conditions of the contract. You can also apply to amend the contact details of your leasing and instalment contracts through the detailed view, as well as view your repayment schedule. Applying to amend the terms and conditions of a contract and ordering additional services connected to a contract through the internet bank are being added as new functions.

Consolidated statements have also been updated with leasing and instalment contracts and their surety contracts. As such, the new blocks that have been added are ‘Leasing’, ‘Instalments’ and ‘Leasing and instalment surety’. You can set up your consolidated statements yourself very easily. The selection boxes towards the bottom of the screen enable you to determine which contracts should have consolidated statements produced for them.

The bank notices menu on the front page of the internet bank has also been updated. There are now separate notification forms for leasing and instalment-related notices. With these you can provide feedback about leasing and instalment contracts and ask us any questions you might have.
