OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 July 2009 was announced, that the major grain processor in Siberia and the Far East PAVA produces wheat flour which cuts bakers` costs.

Zhitnitsa flour has a well-balanced pattern of amino acids due to which protein in the baked bread becomes digestible; it differentiates Zhitnitsa from traditional sorted flour. The new flour is rich in dietary fiber, which helps to prevent cardiovascular and oncologic diseases. Zhitnitsa is the only flour with vitamin E, B-group vitamins; iron content is several times higher than in traditional sorts of flour. Vitamins, micro- and macro elements in Zhitnitsa are preserved during grain processing.

Healthy nutrition baked goods from Zhitnitsa do not require any additional vitamin-mineral complexes. Quality characteristics of Zhitnitsa flour make baked goods wholesome.

Flour fraction is optimal for daily consumption in comparison with bran bread. Besides, prices for Zhitnitsa flour are competitive with the prices for sorted flour.

Wheat flour Zhitnitsa has already been tested at the bakeries and bread-making plants.
