OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2009. Tsesnabank (Astana), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release on an issue of an exclusive payment card Visa Electron, dedicated to an eleventh anniversary of the Kazakhstan capital, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The payment card is aimed at a wide range of consumers. The Visa Electron card is attractive due to its availability and tariff profitability.

The Visa Electron card allows for controlling cash outflow and managing an account independently, including, crediting own money at a card account.

The card allows for a round-the-clock access to the money, thanks to a chain of cash machines and trade points, accepting payment cards for servicing, and guaranteed safety of money in case of loss of theft of a card.

The card issue shows participation of Tsesnabank in the life of Kazakhstan society and development of the domestic bank payment card market.

According to the quality growth strategy, payment cards are a priority in operation of Tsesnabank. Card business policy of the bank is aimed to create technologically new card products and services meeting clients' needs.

In 2009 Tsesnabank plans to strengthen its positions at a card market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Dynamical growth shall be ensured at the expense of more chip EMV-cards, own Processing center, a cash machine chain and self-service terminals (including a launch of cash machines with cash-in function), allowing to conduct exchange currency transactions, receive deposits, refill  card accounts, and repay credits etc.
