OREANDA-NEWS. On July 03, 2009 First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) and Cargill Financial Services International, Inc. (CFSI) have settled their recent jurisdictional dispute in New York courts, reported the press-centre of SCM.

In the framework of the amicable settlement FUIB agreed to fulfil its outstanding obligations to CFSI without delay and CFSI agreed to stop legal arguments with FUIB. The parties agreed that the conflict details will remain confidential.
