OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2009. Annual general meeting of Uralsevergaz, the main natural gas supplier to Middle Urals set up by ITERA Oil and Gas Company and Sverdlovsk Region Administration took place in Yekaterinburg, reported the press-centre of ITERA. 

The meeting summarized the company performance in 2008. It was stated that despite economic recession and growing insolvency, Uralsevergaz has entirely fulfilled their commitments in uninterrupted gas supplies to industrial and generating companies, social consumers and housing and utilities sector. The region has received 18.4 BCM of natural gas.

Gas supplies in the regions have started in 1999 as part of Cooperation Agreement between Sverdlovsk region Administration and ITERA Oil and gas Company made until the year 2015.
The shareholders have approved the company's financial statement and report for 2008, elected the new board of directors and identified new objectives related to further implementation of gas program in 2009.

Vladimir Makeev, the Chairman of the Management board of ITERA Oil and Gas Company was elected the Chairman of Uralsevergaz Board of Directors. Vladimiir Kuzyushin was nominated as CEO.
