OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2009. Eurasian Development Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are listed on the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, provided KASE with a press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:

In accordance with the charter of the Eurasian Development Bank, the Republic of Kazakhstan, a bank founder, officially informed the Bank on the appointment of a new member from Kazakhstan in the bank's Council.
                                                                              
A deputy of a fully authorized representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the bank's Council is now the Minister of Industry and Trade Aset Isekeshev. He substituted Kuandyk Bishimbaev, currently working as assistant to Kazakhstan President. A corresponding resolution of the Kazakhstan government was signed on June 29 by prime-minister Karim Masimov.

Thus, at the time being the bank's Council members are:

- Voktor Khristenko, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation;

- Dmitriy Pankin, deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation;

- Bolat Zhamishev, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Aset Isekeshev, Minsiter of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Armen Mosisyan, Minister of Energetics and Natural Resources of Armenia;

- Iosif Isayan, deputy Minister of Energetics and Natural Resources of Armenia.
