OREANDA-NEWS. July 21, 2009. The Kaliningrad branch of ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has concluded insurance contracts covering property and potential production stoppage losses of CJSC Tuta Stroy for the total amount of 58,950,000 US dollars, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

One of the contracts covers a building of the trading and business centre "Kaliningrad-Plaza", owned by the company, including its exterior and interior furnishings, such as: window glass, mirrors, showcases, and glass entrance doors. The company’s property has been insured against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, storm, hail and other natural disasters; damage by water from water supply, heating, sewage and similar systems; and deliberate third-party actions. The contractual insurance amount is 50,850,000 US dollars.

The second contract covers property interests of CJSC Tuta Stroy related to the company’s intention to avoid losses in case of a possible cessation of it business: lease of premises, lease of an exposition area, use of an underground parking lot, due to loss of, or damage to, the property caused by the reasons beyond of the company’s control. The contractual insurance amount is 8,100,000 US dollars.

The contracts will be valid for 1 year.
