OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2009. Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that SB Sberbank of Russia informs on completion of distribution of allocated third tranche of the fund Damu, implemented within the small and medium businesses support program jointly with the Fund Damu, reported the press-centre of KASE.

SB Sberbank of Russia joined to the third tranche of Damu program having signed the general Agreement on allocation to the bank of KZT6 bn to finance SMB projetcs. SB Sberbank of Russia highly assesses the crisis management program of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and possibilities for the economy real sector, therefore the bank management decided to allocate additional KZT3.8 m from own funds to finance perspective and innovative projects. Funds were allocated to enterprises on preferential terms as well as funds allocated by the Fund Damu.

The industry stake according to the unit weight of the economy sector in the country made up 8.53%, trade - 70.18%, agriculture - 4.06%, construction - 4.26%, transport and communications - 1.17%, other services - 11.86%.
