OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 July 2009 was announced, that the period of construction of a high-rise office centre on 8 Preobrazhenskaya Square in eastern Moscow has been extended till 31 December 2010 not having imposed a fine upon its investor.

The relevant order was signed by Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov on July 20.

According to the document, the project is invested by Montazh-Invest close corporation.

The prefecture of Moscow’s eastern administrative district is in charge of keeping the pace of construction in accordance with the schedule set in the investment contract.

The implementation of the order is to be supervised by Vladimir Resin, Moscow’s first deputy mayor for urban design policy and development, as well as Nikolay Evtikhiev, prefect of Moscow’s eastern administrative district.
