KazTransOil Introduced New Complex Base in Exploitation
OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 July 2009 was announced, that in the East branch of JSC “KazTransOil” introduced in exploitation new complex Base of manufacture service of
The main direction pf BMS is providing reliability in basic and subsidiary equipment, technological processes, taking measures of warning and liquidation emergency conditions. Fundamental functions are equipment condition control of diagnostic characteristics and planned-prophylactic repair realization, technical service of basic, subsidiary mechanic and energetic equipment of pipeline stations Pavlodar PA and East branch; indestructible physical method quality control of welding combination in assembling, repair, reconstruction and exploitation of oil-trunk pipeline projects.
All these functions are providing group of workers in workshop conditions as well as on the gateway, except equipment, which builder is repairing.
BSM PPA consists of:
Workshop of repair and technological equipment setting up
Workshop of repair and energetic equipment service
Workshop of RPA (relay protection and automation)
Workshop of reliability
Workshop of vibe-diagnostics
Workshop of repair and technological equipment setting up is in duty of production in planned capacity and nomenclature of spares to basic and subsidiary technical equipment, non-standard equipment, ремонтной оснастки, metal ware and hard wares; for production repair and technical service mechanical-energetic equipment of BMS PPA and the whole branch.
Workshop of repair and energetic equipment service is responsible for production repair and technical service mechanic-energetic equipment BMS PPA and the whole branch.
Workshop of RPA (relay protection and automation) – repair and technical service of electrical equipment BMS PPA and the whole branch.
Workshop of reliability – control of indestructible physic methods quality control of welding combination in assembling, repair, reconstruction and exploitation of oil-trunk pipeline, additional detection control defects results of in-tube diagnostics of oil-trunk pipeline; for conducting quality control of tape-protection cover in major repairs of oil-trunk pipeline in selective examination of adhesion, continuousness and thickness; for taking part in attestation commission of welders and technology of welding oil-trunk pipeline objects in part of mechanic tests and indestructible control.
Workshop of vibe-diagnostics is for work control of mechanical-technical, energetic equipment over vibe-parameters and determination of actual technical condition by diagnostic characteristics, distributing recommendations to maintenance personnel for eliminating defects.
On the BMS` territory also situated:
Workshop of ЭХЗ-technical service and along route repair ВЛ, facilities and equipment for electro-chemical-protection of pipeline from Pavlodar НУ`s corrosion.
Workshop of ACY, included:
ACY group, which is conducting technical service, current automatic oil pumping station repair (OPS) of Pavlodar HY and HnC “Trudovoe” (Karaganda HY).
TM group, which is conducting technical service for linear telemechanical oil-trunk pipeline Pavlodar HY
Workshop of nCN-gCN is testing equipment measurements (in accordance to accreditation) of the whole branch.

East branch JSC ”KazTransOil” is exploiting pipelines, passing through the north to south, from central region of country to the east (China), whole length
East branch JSC “KazTransOil” is conducting receiving and transferring service of West-Siberian oil, receiving in nCn “Priirtishsk”, Kazakh oil receiving in nCn “Kumkol”, “Akshabulak”, “Turgai-Petroleum” and confluent viaduct “Atasu”.
Oil of consignor is transporting to JSC “
Moreover, oil-loading point “Sharyg” and CHE “Atasu” producing oil shipment in railway tank-carriage for transportation through railway in neighboring and distant abroad.
General capacity of oil transportation by East branch system for the first semi-year 2009 is 7 mln 568, 3 thou tone.
