OREANDA-NEWS. July 31, 2009. RF Ministry of Finance plans to pay RUB 183 bn to state corporations in 2010-2012 in return for funds taken from them in 2009 with the aim of raising budgetary incomes, the ministry said in materials for a Cabinet meeting convened to consider the key characteristics of Russia’s 2010-2012 state budget.

Minfin is to pay RUB 93.3 bn to state corporations in 2010, RUB 40 bn in 2011 and RUB 50 bn in 2012. Specifically, state corporation Olympstroy is to receive RUB 33.3 bn in 2010, and Rosnanotech will get RUB 10 bn in 2010, RUB 25 bn in 2011, and RUB 50 bn in 2012. The Fund for the Housing and Utilities Sector Restructuring is to receive RUB 50 bn in 2010 and RUB 15 bn in 2011.

The 2009 State Budget Law provides for the extraction of resources intende for the Housing and Utilities Sector Restructuring Fund and Rosnanotech worth RUB 160.4 bn. Minfin, in turn, said that the government was to collect a total of RUB 150.4 from these companies. Financing for Olympstroy is to be cut by nearly RUB 33 bn in 2009.
