It is the fourth consecutive time that Baltika is taking part in the International Dalian beer festival and Russian beer stays very popular among Chinese beer lovers. The greatest number of visitors usually falls on evenings as heat becomes less strong after the sunset. This year Baltika’s tent offers its visitors all the kinds of Baltika’s beer brand range. Russian beer is served with traditional Chinese snacks — seafood, mutton shashliks and boiled corn. Inside the tent there is stage and an impromptu photo exhibition "Baltika in Saint-Petersburg." Chinese showman Ching Lun will keep the visitors in good mood.

Baltika was the first among Russian breweries to start deliveries of beer to China in 2004 and nowadays it is the sole Russian beer exporter to China. Today China enjoys almost the whole range of Baltika’s brands. In 2008 the Company sold 1.2 mln litters of beer in China which more than doubles the figures of 2007. The main sales volumes are registered in Beijing and Shandong, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Hainan and Liaoning provinces. In China Baltika accounts for 4.3% of imported beer market (according to the company’s estimates). Baltika Breweries is an active participant of Chinese beer festivals: last year Russian beer was brought to the International Dalian beer festival, Harbin beer festival and the First Winter Chinese beer festival that was held on Hainan Island.
