OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2009. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Yaroslavl has started opening and maintaining current bank accounts for citizens of the Russian Federation qualifying for 12,000 lump-sum benefits to be credited to their accounts from the maternal support capital fund*, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

A citizen of the Russian Federation may take this opportunity to receive the money for the credit of his or her bank account with a lending institution from the maternal support capital accumulating in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. The Bank does not charge any fees for opening the account and issuing an account opening certificate.

The funds are transferred under an Agreement on Delivery of Pensions and Other Social Benefits signed between Sviaz-Bank’s Yaroslavl branch and the Yaroslavl Office of the Russian Federation’s Pension Fund.
